Growing Minds Therapy

Neurodivergent Affirming Mental Health Therapy for Children and Adolescents

Hi, my name is Ari! I am a child and adolescent mental health therapist, and I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy for neurodiverse youth, ages 6-16. I believe it is imperative to create an environment where youth can be themselves without needing to fit into a neurotypical mold. I operate under a relational therapy framework in which a strong therapeutic relationship is key to helping youth grow and heal. Youth learn adaptive social skills by building positive relationships with adults who model and maintain boundaries. I incorporate play and creativity to help youth express themselves and better regulate their emotions.

I also offer parent support and coaching through the RUBI parenting program for parents of neurodiverse children ages 3-12. Parenting a neurodivergent child can be very different than parenting a neurotypical child. The RUBI program is a neurodivergent affirming parenting program that helps parents learn skills to better support their neurodivergent child and improve the family’s well-being.

I am accepting new clients!

I have after school spots available!
